McDonald's Ukraine: Війна в Іраці не за свободу, а за нафту

Цікаву інформацію розіслав в четвер український офіс корпорації МакДональдз своїм підрозділам і робітникам в Україні у вигляді електронного повідомлення. Автором повідомлення є один з керівників МакДональдза в Україні, пан Желько Марчек.
Виявляється, компанія МакДональдз Україна не підтримує США у війні з Іраком. Навпаки, МакДоналдз Україна звинувачує президента Буша у корисних інтересах. Так, в повідомленні говориться, що війни в Іраку 1991 і 2003 року є в інтересах отримання прибутків американських нафтових корпорацій і американської “індустрії війни”. Представник МакДоналдз Україна натякнув, що президент Буш керується виключно корисними інтересами американських компаній.
Компанія МакДоналдз Україна також повідомляє, що війна в Афганістані насправді була не проти бін Ладена і Аль Кайди, а за нафтову трубу. На думку представника МакДоналдз Україна, атака бін Ладена на США і смерть 3000 мирних американців були тільки добрим приводом для адміністрації Буша для досягнення корисних цілей в Азії.

For 3 simple reasons:
* It is a country that cannot defend itself (poverty due to the embargo is killing 300.000 babies/year due to malnutrition).
* Iraq offers an easy excuse (the presence of non-existent weapons of mass destruction, that can be only produced with high technology which Iraq does not have) to justify the attack to the International community that knows nothing about oil deposits.
* Until now, Iraq does not have the support of a powerful nation, that would be in the position to withstand the American threat.”
